I grew up around my mom’s camera. Now I’m the one holding it.
My mom is a photographer, so there was always a camera around. Growing up, my friends were my first models, we made portraits wherever we could, and taking pictures of my friends is still what I love most. Capturing them at their most beautiful!
Those shoots taught me what matters more than any gear: how someone feels in front of the camera. Most people tell me they feel awkward at first, and that’s completely normal. We talk, we laugh, I give you direction when you want it, until you forget the camera is there.
